Am acumulat peste 20 de ani de experienta in sales, product, business development si leadership. Am creat prima companie in 1999, cand termenul de start-up nu era inca folosit :) si am realizat primul exit in 2008, fara ca exit sa fie un termen cunoscut. Am co-fondat 7 initiative de afaceri si am lucrat in companii multinationale de top. Am ajutat companii straine sa inteleaga piata din Romania si sa-si simplifice procesul de localizare. Lucrez ca mentor cu profesionisti si antreprenori care doresc sa-si atinga obiectivele si sa depaseasca provocarile. Expertiza mea include strategii de vanzari si dezvoltare de afaceri, formarea si conducerea echipelor performante, integrarea solutiilor de inteligenta artificiala in business si gestionarea proceselor de lansare si scalare a startup-urilor, bazandu-ma pe propria experienta ca fondator. Abordarea mea este personalizata pentru a raspunde nevoilor specifice, iar istoricul meu profesional reflecta o capacitate demonstrata de a genera crestere si inovatie in diverse industrii. Sprijin oamenii sa-si descopere potentialul si sa obtina succes sustenabil printr-o combinatie unica de experienta practica, gandire strategica si empatie transformationala.

Sunt onorat sa particip ca speaker in cadrul evenimentelor in care pot sa aduc informatie de impact participantilor, evenimente construite in jurul unui ideal, al unei dorinte sincere a organizatorilor de a aduce valoare in comunitatile pe care le reprezinta. Temele pe care le abordez au ca focus realitatile din companii si din societate, si modalitatile in care poate fi generata, sustinuta si crescuta interactiunea si performanta in contextul intelegerii rolurilor si a obiectivelor strategice, precum si re-aducerea aminte a Eului personal, dincolo de paradigmele Eului social.
